A special assembly about the campaign was first held by the pupils before each class created their buddies. They also completed a range of activities to develop their ideas.
Some pupils drew their school and wrote why it is important to them, others thought about the reasons why everyone should go to school, while Year 6 pupils wrote letters. Finally they invited their local MP, Stephen Mosley, for a special assembly to present him with their buddies.
