600 pupils at the Grange School took part in Send My Friend to School by sending messages to their local MP.
Years 7 to 11 all learnt about the issues and then wrote messages to our MP, Derek Twigg explaining why they think the shortage of teachers is so unfair and their own thoughts on the huge number of children around the world who don’t have access to quality education. Derek Twigg was visiting our school on an unrelated matter and we presented him with our messages.
Send My Friend to School brings together thousands of children across the UK to speak up for the right to education.
